How does CARESTEER go from a test to a stream and a degree?

The test produces a RIASEC personality type. That type is matched to a few O*NET occupations. Each occupation is tied to an indicative Indian route. The route names the stream, degree and exams that usually come first.

When to ask a counsellor

This is not a fifth step everyone takes. The report puts “Ask a counsellor” on a job card in two cases.
